My name is Karen and I am a certified Integrative Health Coach. I help women with an Osteoporosis diagnosis to better understand their dis-ease state so they can be informed and feel empowered to move forward with confidence.
I work with women over 50 from anywhere in the world online and in-person in South Australia.
All women will have a hormone component, but other factors will be contributing.
